Obtaining DRM Transfer Certificates
Instructions:The Sample Windows Media Licensing Agreements page on www.microsoft.com has a downloadable sample agreement for the Windows Media Format SDK, and is worth reading.
To actually request a license, use this form, selecting the "WM DRM Certificates Agreement for Format SDK 9s and 9.5" license.
Once the agreement is in effect, you will be able to obtain a keys.c file from Microsoft which will be usable in your code when setting the secure channel client certificate. In the sample source code provided by Microsoft or on this site, two generic keys "abPVK" and "abCert" are set to zero. The keys.c file provided by Microsoft will have non-zero key values in it, which will allow transfer of DRM content when in place.
