Do you have the latest version of ALchemy for Audigy installed? Do you have the full version of Audigy ADVANCED MB (not just a trial version)? Do you have multiple audio devices installed? If so, please make sure the soundcard with the Audigy ADVANCED MB driver installed is set to the preferred audio device.
